Reflecting on our transformative journey at St. Andrews, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible array of majors that have empowered us. At the center of this journey lay our Equestrian program, a vital path that equipped us with the skills and knowledge to excel in various equine-related careers—whether as dedicated barn owners/managers, accomplished riders/trainers, passionate veterinary scholars, inspiring therapeutic horsemanship instructors, or strategic horse show managers.
The pride we feel from being part of the nationally recognized riding teams fuels our ambition as we move forward into rewarding careers within the industry. We embraced opportunities to sharpen our skills, no matter if we rode hunters, jumpers, dressage, western horsemanship, or reining. Many of us cherish the excitement of discovering multiple riding disciplines during our journey at St. Andrews.
We offer four equine-related majors and one equine-related minor:
