Pre-Registration is closed!

While pre-registration is closed, you can still purchase t-shirts, play tickets and individual meal tickets at the registration tables and at the door during meals. Meal tickets are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Saturday lunch tickets may be purchased for $12 each and Saturday dinner tickets may be purchased for $15 each.

Weekend Schedule

Also, please notice our venues have changed this year due to damages from Hurricane Florence. We are renting a beautiful tent to host all meals on the Graduation Platform on DeTamble Terrace this year. Registration will take place outside, in front of the Liberal Arts Building Mosiac.

Shuttle Bus Schedule

The shuttle bus will be running during Alumni Weekend!

Distinguished Alumni Award

The Distinguished Alumni Award is the highest service award given by the Alumni Association. It is awarded on an annual basis by the Alumni Council, and nominees are judged primarily on outstanding service to their community the University and/or the Church.  It is presented at the Alumni Dinner during Alumni Weekend in April of each year.

Alumni Equestrian Trail Ride

SA Equine Council Corn Hole Tournament

 Equestrian Alumni Trail Ride

St. Andrews Equestrian is hosting an Equestrian Alumni Trail Ride this Alumni Weekend on Saturday, April 13. If you would like to participate in this exciting event, please read the requirements below and then Click Here to register.

Please see the registration form for preferences on group times and horse selection.

Ride Times:

Group 1 will arrive at 9:30 A.M. and go out at 10 A.M. Group 2 will arrive at 10:30 A.M. and go out at 11 A.M.

Everyone is required to wear an approved helmet! If you do not own a helmet and need us to provide you with one, please see the registration form to provide us with an estimated size.

Everyone must sign a release form before participating in the event. Click Here to download the release and bring it signed to the barn.

Everyone arrives and rides out from the lesson barn side at the center.



  • 200 lb weight limit. 
  • Must be a SA Equestrian Alumni 
  • Must wear:
    • An approved riding helmet 
    • Long pants
    • Shirt with sleeves
    • Paddock, western or secure riding boots 
  • Turn in signed release form

SA Equine Council Corn Hole Tournament 

The Corn Hole event hosted by the SAU Riding Council will be held on the Saturday of Alumni Weekend at 3:30 down by the Granville Beach. There will be a cookout down by the beach provided by the students. The main event will be the corn hole tournament, but there will be other activities available at the event. Each activity will be in a tournament, competition style where alumni and current students can go head to head or in teams.  The SAU Riding Council is hoping to bring the current student body, both equestrian and non-equestrian together to have fellowship with the alumni.

Tour the St. Andrews Equestrian Center

Go on a tour of the St. Andrews Equestrian Center, led by Program Director Peggy McElveen. The St. Andrews Alumni Weekend Bus will pick up participants and take them to the center for 11:30 A.M on Saturday, April 13. **Pickup in the LA Parking Lot in front of LA Building for 11:15 AM**

  • Sign up for your Class Reunion Party! Check the box below next to your class reunion, and indicate the number in your party.
  • We are offering two package options this year. Please select a package option for the weekend. For more information on what the packages include, please visit the Alumni Weekend Page on the website. Please remember you can pay for your package online or at registration via cash, card or check. If you intend to purchase a package for both yourself and a guest, please register separately to ensure we collect the correct information (shirt size, guest count, etc.)!
  • Alumni Weekend T-Shirts are only for those who purchase one of the package deals. However, they will be sold at the registration booth for $20 at the door.
