Attention: St. Andrews University Students
We are four weeks into the 2025 Spring semester.
You should be settled in and working hard in all of your classes.
Early Checkpoint evaluations for semester-long classes and/or
Midterm grades for 8-week classes will be posted by your professors
in the Student Portal by Tuesday, 2/4, at noon.
You can view your progress reports on the StudentPortal:
https://www.cacloudservices.com/studentservices/1251/crindex.cgi
Enter your student ID with all nine digits and a PIN (date of birth in the following format: MMDDYYYY)
Follow these easy steps:
After logging in, choose under Student Records “Grade Report”
Then, “Select a Term” (Spring 2025 1/7/25-4/30/25)
Click (Continue)
Then, choose a report to view: (Grade Report)
Early Checkpoints will be reported using S (satisfactory), N (needs improvement), or
U (unsatisfactory). Eight-week midterm grades will be reported using the standard letter grade system.
Remember, these are PROGRESS REPORTS which will not affect your G.P.A.;
they will not be visible on your official transcript.
This is a perfect time for you to ask yourself, "Am I on the right track? If not, what can I do to improve my grades?"
· Prepare for class.
· Attend class.
· Participate in class.
· Turn in work.
· Use resources (Academic Success, EI/Tutoring Sessions, Writing Center, Library Resources).
· Regularly use the tools to communicate and submit assignments (Email, Student Portal, Moodle)
· Promptly respond to emails from professors, advisors, and administrators.
· Talk to your professor about immediate actions you can take to improve.
· Talk to your academic advisor; ask questions if you do not understand an issue or if you have a concern.
Open the “Comments” boxes. Professors have been encouraged to share suggestions for improvement, if it is needed.
Share these reports from the Student Portal directly with your coaches, if applicable.
You’ve got this!
If you have advising questions or concerns, please email me, I would be happy to help.
