Last week former SAU faculty member Dr. Tracy Feldman visited my Ecology class to guide us on an exploration of a Carolina Bay, a biodiversity hotspot right on our campus.
Our expedition was fraught with obstacles and Dr. Feldman has written a beautiful reflection on the importance and rewards of resilience. Many of you may fondly remember his "critter of the week" postings and this is a very special edition I have the pleasure to share with you.
