The deadline to enroll or waive the offered health insurance plan is Sept 20th. It is required to make a decision prior to that date or you will be automatically enrolled and required to pay for the policy.
Below is the link to do enroll or waive followed by some helpful tips.

Once on the site you will click on the enroll/waive circle.
Then Select whichever option (Enroll or Waive) .
Scroll past the login and down to the light blue scene that has a dark blue button to create a new account.
There you will use your student ID number and Date of Birth to create/link the account that has been made for you.
From there you will follow the instructions on the screen to create the account then you may be asked to log back in to officially enroll or waive.
***If you are waiving it may be best to do it from a computer because you will need to upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card.***
